Ribbons

This card was created to start the weekly challenge on http://ooh-la-la-creationschallenges.blogspot.com/ which I help to organise with my friend Wendi. We have decided to do a weekly challenge and are really hoping that lots of people will join in. The challenge this week is a really easy one - all you have to do is use a ribbon or lots of ribbons on your work. To celebrate the first weekly challenge there is blog candy too - masses of ribbons - so please join in if you can.
I am also entering the card for the challenge on http://cutecardthursday.blogspot.com/ which was sponsored by Wendi at Ooh-la-la-Creations and is a Christmas theme. Oh I am going to be so organised this year! I am really going to try and make one Christmas card per week!!!
To create the card I used a sketch by LeAnne Pugliese who is a guest sketch artist at http://sketchesbytamara.blogspot.com/. Thank you LeAnne - love the sketch and there are masses of possibilities for it to be used time and time again.
The snowflake paper is from the DCWV Winter stack, snowflakes are diecuts the greeting is a stamped one and is an unmounted stamp from my collection. I really don't know where it came from.
Thank you for looking and please join in the ribbon challenge if you can.

To die for...

Seem to have had so little time or inspiration over the last few days and there are such really good challenges around too. This card is for the challenge on http://papertakeweekly.blogspot.com/ which was to use die cuts or punched shapes on your card. I have used a punched scalloped circle, die cut circle and die cut flowers to show off this cute Penny Black hedgehog which is another one from the sheet of stickers I was treated to recently.

I love Penny Black images and this one is really cute. The stamped greeting is a Studio G stamp from one of their brilliant mini sets.

Thank you so much to great friends who have become followers of my blog. Love having you around.
