Variation on Merry Christmas...

I was so peeved after making a card specifically for the IndigoBlu challenge to find out that you are only allowed to use their stamps in your design that I've had another go today.  Again I used an IndigoBlu snowflake border, but instead of stamping in ink I used flitter glue and guilding flakes to create the panels on my gatefold card.
This time the central image is not stamped, but using a double sided adhesive sheet I was able to add guilding flakes so that the die cut snowflake match my stamped border.
Materials...
  • All stamps by IndigoBlu - snow flake border and sentiment on inner of card
  • Flitter glue and guilding flakes ( Sheffield steel? - the one that is included in the starter set)
  • double sided adhesive sheet
  • snowflake dies
  • Spellbinder circle and scalloped circle dies
  • black card and silver mirri
Challenges...
Off to try and clear the guilding flakes up now.  It didn't say 'don't breathe while using' in the instructions.  One wrong move and they go everywhere!!
