Feeling very smug...

as I have just completed five - yes five Christmas cards.  Wowza maybe this Christmas I might even be able to do the Advent calender I bought to decorate about four years ago and just never got round to.
Another strange occurrence is the fact I've created a one layer card and dared to use a stamp at the very last minute to add my sentiment.  Phew brave or what?
The main image stamp is by Little Claire and the sentiment was a Spellbinders one which was given as a freebie on a magazine.

With love at Christmas...

Well what a time I have had with my printer lately - so annoying especially when you really really want to print something out and the machine lets you down.  Anyway all was not lost as I used this fabulous image by Imagine That and created a digital card for our latest challenge at Aud Sentiments.
Our theme for this fortnight is animals and of course the very important sentiment.  How gorgeous are these two deer - I love them and sometimes it really relaxing to use a ready coloured image and just do a very quick card.
Now my printer is back up and working again I can either print this out as it is or using Craft Artist separate the parts and mat and layer it up to give extra dimension and oomph.  You may be seeing this card in a different format quite soon.

Fluttering by with a new card to show...

Just had a lovely afternoon playing in my craftroom and creating this card using a new digi stamp called Fairy and Butterfly by Molly Harrison.  So pretty.  I've also used a sheet from an amazing paper pack I picked up in a charity shop while on holiday.  The whole pack is butterfly themed.  I've no idea who it is by, but at £1.50 for the pack I'm a happy bunny.  Check out the delicate doily - I love doilies and have bought tons of them, but for some strange reason they rarely end up on a card.    I must add more in future as they do add something to the effect I think.
