The challenge at http://caardvarks.blogspot.com/ this time is 'music' and as Laura had asked me to make a special card for her boyfriend who is into rock music it fitted perfectly.
My card is huge (A3 folded in half) as the main image of the guitar is taken from the DCWV Rockstar book. I love the papers in this book although most of the designs are more suited to scrapbooking as they are so large.
Laura is really pleased with the card and I am sure James will be when he opens it on Wednesday.
Materials used...
- basic white A3 card for base
- black card
- silver corrugated card
- red holographic card
- DCWV paper
- red brads
- wool (guitar strings)
- silver 'Happy Birthday' peel offs

This is just fantastic Ann, I'm sure he'll love that card! Isn't it good to create something to appeal to a young man, how unusual is that!
