A Fairytale Castle

Something a little bit different today - a fairy tale castle all in pink!  I think my daughter would love to live here.  The castle is a cutting file from the Silhouette Store and I think it is intended to be used as a shaped card, but I wanted to create a larger card with it and so I cut it in pink and then attached it to an 8 by 8 card.
The castle walls open up to reveal the sentiment.

For a special lady...

Happy Mother's Day everyone.  Today I'm showing a card I made for my daughter to give my Mum.  It's a really easy peasy one created using a cut file from the Silhouette Store.  I've been obsessed with their cut files this last week - may have something to do with the half price sale that is on till the 17th March.

Venetian birthday...

There is a great challenge over at Polkadoodles with a fabulous prize so I've got everything crossed that I possibly can and still manage to type.  My card was created using some papers and an image from one the Debbie Moore magazines from way back.  I don't actually use much of her stuff but this image was one I quite liked and I must admit I think my original intentions were to do some scrapbooking with the papers.
