Time for a sketch challenge at The Pink Elephant and wow what a sketch! So different and really inspiring. Such a shame that one of the DT needs to hang her head in shame - ME! I'm not one bit happy with my contribution for this challenge. This is the other card I made in a hurry for Shelley's birthday on Friday. It had to be purple and black as they are Shelley's favourite colours and I must admit she loved the card, but I don't, even though it does look better in real life than on screen.
As you can see the Nellie Snellen die came out again. I'm addicted to that at the moment - it seems to be appearing on every card. The small circles were cut using Nesties and the letters were cut on the Cricut using half and one inch lower case letters.
Have a great day everyone and if you want to see some amazing designs by my fellow DT members do pop over to The Pink Elephant where the rest of the team have entered some fabulous creations.

It's a gorgeous card Ann, stop being so hard on yourself. Hugs x
I'm not sure what you're not happy about with this one Ann unless it doesn't quite match what you had in your head or it's because you needed to make it in a hurry - and in both cases we tend not to be satisfied with what we've done. I don't think there should be any head hanging though because I think it's fabulous and I'm not surprised that shelley loved it.

I don't know why you are not happy with this Ann it is gorgeous, I think purple and black are two classy colours.xxx
Very STRIKING.
If I lived closer I would come round there and slap your legs - HARD! LOL!
You really are very hard on yourself. I love this card - it's very dramatic even though you have only used 2 colours and just check out that bling!
No wonder Shelley loved it.

I think this is a gorgeous card Ann. Not surprised Shelley loved it. We all tend to be a bit hard on ourselves. BTW I didn't realise that you had modelled for OLL lol

Ooooh Ann - totally gorgeous! I have that RS - must admit not used it yet - but now seeing how you have finished yours I must get it out and give it a go. I too love the nellie die you are addicited to ATM - I made a little embellishment out of the waste - will take a pic. to show you on CA - I love how you have used the waste - very classy indeed. I would be very proud in receiving such a beautiful card - can see why Shelley loved it.
