Another Christmas Snippet card...

Oooh Christmas card number three and it's not even the end of January.  Unbelievable!  This is another card using snippets left over from other projects.  Infact these snippets are the ones left after making my muscle man card in the post below.
The glitter frame was die cut from the mat beneath the muscle man image and the bauble was later die cut from the mat.  Oooh go on like this and I'll get a spot on Super Scrimpers.  Urgh I don't think so - I couldn't start rummaging through garbage bins even for craft stash.
I don't always gut card when matting and layering, but I must admit that using a die and just cutting a frame out doesn't take very long at all and with certain special papers and card it has to be worthwhile.
My card is for the following challenges...
Have a fun day whatever you are up to.

It's a really effective card Ann and even better that you've managed to get the red elements out of card you would have just 'let go' with the original card - it's practically a freebie! lol! It's better than hanging on to card/paper because it seems such a waste to use so much of it for a mat that's mostly hidden.

Really beautiful card Ann! So elegant and I do love how you 'saved' on using special card up.

Mrs A holds the current record for super scrimping, at Ally Pally a while back she scooped up the punching 'scraps' from the Tonic Studio demo. table!! And blow me, she did end up using some of them very effectively!
